Make everyone safe
People first. Call emergency services if anyone is hurt.

Call or WhatsApp us
Tell us what happened. Outside office hours, call the insurer's 24/7 number on your policy card, then message us.

Document everything
Photos, receipts, reports. After a car accident, wait for the insurer's expert before moving the car, unless it's unsafe.

We follow it through
We file the claim, chase the insurer, and keep you updated until it's settled.
What to have ready
Car
- Policy number
- Driving licence and car registration
- Photos of the scene and damage
- The expert's report or police report
Medical
- Insurance card or policy number
- Doctor's report and prescriptions
- Original invoices and receipts
- Lab or imaging results
Home & property
- Photos of the damage
- List of damaged or stolen items
- Police report for burglary
- Purchase receipts where available
